Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Lostu Fashions. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
- Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Non-returnable items include:
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or faulty)
- Undergarments, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Customise or made-to-order items
- How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at lostufashions@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for shipping the item back.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Lostu Fashions is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges
We offer free size or item exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange:
- Please follow the return process above.
- Indicate clearly that you’d like an exchange and specify the size or item.
- Return or exchange your Lostu Fashions buys in 6 easy steps (within 7 days of delivery):

Log in to your account and go to ‘Return/Exchange’ tab
Enter your registered email or phone number used for the order
Select the order you want to return or exchange
Choose the reason for your return/exchange and click ‘Proceed’
Double-check your pickup and shipping details (you can even edit them if needed)
That’s it. We’ll take care of the rest to ensure a smooth return or exchange experience.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please contact us at lostufashions@gmail.com within [48 hours] of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment method again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time before a refund is officially posted.

PLEASE KINDLY MAKE SURE TO TAKE THE UNBOXING VIDEO WHENEVER THE ORDER GETS DELIVERED (It helps in case of any discrepancy like Item Lost Or Duplicate Product Received or Wrong Product Received or Issue Related to Product). Refund in such cases are only possible if the Unboxing Video at the parcel delivered is available.
